Once the stones arrive at the industrial park from the quarries, they undergo all of the production process phases, allowing for greater control and quality standards for the services. The blocks received from the quarries are stored and prepared for the gang saw plant, where the imported saws optimize production and generate a large volume of slabs that then go through the polishing process and get several types of finishes.

The production process also involves the movement of blocks and slabs within the industrial park, as well as the perfect and precise cutting of the materials and differentiated finishes, with the highest quality standards.

Storage is done in the industrial park in a covered area; the highest quality standards are maintained.
The company has an enormous and varied stock of marbles and granites with various tones, textures and finishes, and also exotic materials, which can be acquired and ordered directly from the factory.

The polishing process consists of removing micro-fissures from the slab in order to create a smooth and opaque surface.  A twenty-head satellite polishing machine shines the material.  The machine also controls the type of polish, giving the granite different textures and shines.  This process creates a smooth, opaque and impermeable surface.
During polishing, levigation takes place.  In this phase the slabs are prepared for resin coating, leaving them uniform and flat.  Levigated granites go through an oven drying process before they receive the resin.

Resin application is recommended for materials with micro-fissures since it improves shine, strengthens the material and seals small surface cracks on the slab. The process is done in an Italian oven which produces around 100 slabs per day.

In the granite sawing process, the block is sliced by Italian gang saws; the cuts range from two to three centimeters. Qualified professionals operate the computers that monitor the process and verify the parameters for the slabs. The gang saws are also digitally controlled, which optimizes the production time. The diamond wire saw cuts the more exotic and fragile materials, trimming them to exact size and saving energy used for the gang saw.
